Breakfast was great, staff were friendly and helpful , and the views from the balcony were amazing.

Just a small inconvenience, but there was some construction work going on nearby. I guess they're trying to build a whole new village down there.

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in Ha Long called Citadines Marina. The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were clean and met all my needs. The staff was extremely friendly and spoke great English. They were very attentive and made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooftop bar was a highlight, offering amazing drinks and stunning views of the skyline. The pool and gym facilities were also top-notch. it was a luxurious experience.

Staff were super helpful and even helped us find my friend's phone! The hotel room and facilities were high-end, clean, and had a jaw-dropping view of the Halong Bay Islands. The dinner and morning buffet were mind-blowingly delicious with a great variety of breads. Not to mention, all of this for only $60 a day! Such a reasonable and inexpensive hotel!

This hotel is absolutely mind-blowing! It's super modern, brand new, and incredibly clean. The staff are just fabulous, always going above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. The multiple pools, including a heated one, are jaw-dropping, and the bars and restaurants on-site are top-notch. The gym is also a great plus. Although the local area may seem a bit barren and lifeless with empty condos and partially built hotels, don't worry! The hotel offers free bicycles so you can ride a couple of kilometers to the local food streets and indulge in some amazing seafood. If you visit in February, the area may be quite deserted, which adds to the peacefulness. the hotel offers every facility you could need, from free Wi-Fi and on-site car park to luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and 24-hour security. The various amenities such as the bar/lounge area, restaurant, and snack bar truly enhance your stay. the fitness center and indoor swimming pool are perfect for those who like to stay active. Don't forget to check out the phenomenal rooftop pool and the breathtaking sunset views from the rooftop bar. The rooms are so spacious, comfortable, and ridiculously clean – a maniac's dream! The hotel even provides a laundry service, flat-screen TV, lift, electric kettle. For business travelers, there is a convenient business center and express check-in/out. If you're looking for some entertainment, the hotel has billiard tables, cycling options, and even yoga classes. The sun loungers and beach umbrellas allow you to relax and soak up the sun, while the game room, children's play area, and kids club keep the little ones entertained. The hotel even offers a children's menu and cots for families. And don't worry about leaving your furry friend behind – pets are allowed! During my New Year stay, there were a couple of things offered that I enjoyed. The breakfast was included and tasted great. The room was also very spacious and clean, which made my stay enjoyable. the staff were very helpful whenever I had any questions about the area.

There were also some aspects that I didn't enjoy during my stay. The location wasn't very convenient as I had to take a taxi or grab to go anywhere outside of the nearest vicinity.

The rooftop bar was only accessible by stairs, which could be a challenge for some guests. , some of the guests weren't considerate and made a lot of noise in the swimming pool early in the morning, which disturbed our sleep.

The hotel is located near the beach side and in the center of town, although during our stay in Feb, the area was pretty deserted. The breakfast was nice and the in-room laundry facility was handy.

The beds were too hard which made sleeping difficult for us.

The hotel's location is remote and a bit isolated from other areas, but the night market is nearby. There was construction ongoing in front of the hotel, which slightly dampened the view.
